Dr. Asefeh Faraz Covelli is the NP Career Confidante.  She has been an NP workforce researcher for the past 10 years and has recognized a need for advanced mentoring, coaching and advising for new NPs.

Dr. Faraz Covelli is an Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Nursing and maintains her clinical practice as an NP.  Her extensive experience working with new NPs and researching the NP workforce transition makes her an expert in this field.  She understands the unique issues NPs face in securing the best jobs and taking the next steps in their careers.
